Talk about taking customer service to new heights. Jon DeNormandie, a site manager from Phasor Engineering Services, flew into action – literally – to help a customer with a malfunctioning generator on Matinicus Island, Maine. Since there are no roadways leading to the island, Jon hopped on the plane that delivers the mail with his trusty yellow Omicron box on board. He troubleshot the issue, repaired several transducers out of calibration, and fixed the generator, with minimal to no disruption to our customer’s business. And, he made it back to the mainland that same afternoon!
