Keaton assisted co-owner Clif with the intricate process of redressing their millstones and Abbey taught the bake team how to incorporate our flour into a few of their existing recipes. There are very few people left who possess the skills for this labor-intensive tradition. We were honored to pass on this expertise to the passionate team at Neighbor's Mill, ensuring their commitment to true artisanal bread lives on.
