Event Description: Bring the entire family and enjoy an afternoon of old-fashioned fun at the Parks & Recreation Department's 34th annual Play Day in the Park! Try your hand at Parachute, Sack Race, Soccer Relay, Plinko, Tic Tac Toe, Face Painting, and more than 20 other games and activities at this community-wide 4th of July celebration. Continuous live entertainment at the Eric Stein Stage will feature performances by Van's German Band, Salina Municipal Band, Parks & Recreation Twirlers, Belly Dancers, Cheerleaders and Jazz 7. Other activities include free food and drink, Play Day buttons and ribbons, game prizes, balloons, and much more! Join us for this patriotic event and take part in all the festivities! FREE FUN FOR EVERYONE!

Enjoy the Skyfire! fireworks display at 10pm off E. Crawford and Markley Road, near the Salina Municipal Golf Course.
